TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Sitaji.ai, an accounting workflow management service with an optional QuickBooks Online integration.
Last updated: October 25, 2026
1. The service and eligibility
Sitaji.ai provides a workspace for organizing accounting tasks, reviewing information retrieved from QuickBooks Online, and assigning workflow tasks to workspace members. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. If you use Sitaji.ai for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Accounts and your responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly notify the service operator if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your use of the service and any data you submit is permitted by law and by your organization.
3. QuickBooks Online integration
You may choose to connect a QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s authorization flow. You direct Sitaji.ai to access the accounting information described in the Privacy Policy so the service can display company information and identify workflow items. You can disconnect the integration from the QuickBooks page in your signed-in dashboard. Intuit and QuickBooks are third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Sitaji.ai is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.
Sitaji.ai organizes information for workflow purposes; it does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and task detections may be incomplete or require your review. You remain responsible for checking records and decisions in QuickBooks Online.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another organization’s data, circumvent security controls, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights. Do not submit information you lack permission to use.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an evolving basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable, including where a third-party service or network is unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Sitaji.ai does not warrant that task detection is error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Sitaji.ai at any time and disconnect QuickBooks Online from the dashboard. The service operator may suspend or end access if reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address misuse, comply with law, or discontinue the service. On disconnection, the integration’s stored OAuth tokens and connection record are removed after Intuit token revocation succeeds; workflow records already created in Sitaji.ai may remain until separately deleted under the applicable retention process.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes and contact
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. For questions about these terms, contact [PLACEHOLDER: service operator name and terms contact email].
